Chief Executive Officer
Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in leading hospitality and culture organisations. He has produced over two dozen West End and Broadway shows, winning Tony Awards, Olivier Awards, Evening Standard Theatre Awards and many more. Andrew has built and run theatres (including the first new, purpose-built theatre in London in over half a century) and has sat on the boards of a wide variety of cultural institutions.
Andrew returned to the hospitality sector as interim CEO for several organisations which included multi award-winning gastro pub groups, restaurant groups and hotels.
Andrew is Executive Chair for SALT, a leading marketing consultancy specialising in food and drink and a Trustee for Home Kitchen, a charity focusing on empowering people affected by homelessness through hospitality.
Andrew has previously been Chair for Adamo Restaurants, a board member of the British Institute of Innkeepers as well as a mentor for the Prince's Trust.
Andrew was recently elected as a Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts and has recently completed his MBA from Warwick Business School. Further, Andrew has also been awarded the Freedom of the City of London for services to Business and the Arts.

Advisor to the CEO
Justin is currently Chair of Allwyn (the new operator of the National Lottery) and is Non-Executive Director of Marks and Spencer Plc., also being a member of Nomination and Audit Committees.
Prior to this Justin was the CEO of Sainsbury’s for 10 years where he led the business through a major turnaround and nine years of profit growth. He held prior roles at Asda, Haagen-Dazs, PepsiCo and Mars and was a board member of the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Justin was also a member of the UK Prime Minister’s Business Advisory Group.
Justin has recently been appointed as Chair of the energy company OVO and is also Chair of Dexters, a leading London leading estate agent, and Itsu Grocery. Justin was awarded a CBE, Commander of the Order of the British Empire, in 2011.

Interim CFO/Non-Executive Director
Paul is a highly experienced Non-Executive Director and Chair with a CFO background in listed, private and public sector organisations in technology, retail, professional body and services sectors. He has acted as Group Finance Director of The Innovation Group (“TIG’) and Reliance Security Group (‘RSG’). He gained further expertise in international organisations in the US, EMEA and Asia with these and other organisations.
Paul trained as a Chartered Accountant in the UK and USA offices of PwC, is a Fellow of the ICAEW, a member of CIPFA and holds an honours degree In History from the University of London. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Non-Executive Director
Steve Smith has spent over thirty years in financial markets, including 27 years at Morgan Stanley. There he worked in the Equity division as a senior sales executive in European markets and latterly in global markets. He also worked closely with colleagues in Fixed Income and hosted the firm’s flagship macro conference in London.
For thirteen years Steve was a quorate member of the European Equity Underwriting Committee, overseeing 150 IPOs which the firm led and countless rights issues and secondary offerings.
Steve is an Economics & Politics graduate from University of York.

Property Advisor to the Board
Richard has been involved in commercial property for over 35 years.
He established Carter Wassell in 1990, which was then developed into a team of 35 people over 15 years as CWM.
In 2005 Richard formed twentyretail to provide bespoke advice to retail and restaurant brands and also to a range of landlords from private individuals through to quoted property companies.
Richard has a broad range of experience across the retail and restaurant sectors.
He has set up over a dozen businesses.
He was one of the original 4 Board Members that established The People’s Supermarket to establish an alternative to the Big 6 supermarkets and to provide people who had struggled with drugs and prison the chance to secure employment.
Richard was one of the first Chairman of the Shop Agents Society. He has also been the Chairman of the Restaurant Property Advisors Society. These roles have contributed to his excellent contacts and respect amongst property owners and occupiers.
